Commercial Excellence Specialist

As a Commercial Excellence Specialist, you play a key role in strengthening and optimizing our commercial organization. You work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, CRM, and Sales Support, ensuring that our processes, systems, and data contribute maximally to our commercial growth.

You report directly to the General Manager and build a broad network across the organization. This position is ideal for an ambitious graduate or young professional who wants to develop quickly in a dynamic and commercial environment.

What will you do?

• Coordinate the demand planning process for our On-Trade and Off-Trade activities, providing the organization with reliable forecasts and insights.

• Act as the local point of contact for our CRM system and support commercial teams in using and continuously improving it.

• Collaborate with different departments to optimize commercial processes and enable data-driven decision-making.

• Analyze sales trends, promotions, and market information, translating them into actionable insights and recommendations.

• Support projects related to CRM, sales operations, and commercial excellence.

• Work closely with Sales Support, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure an efficient commercial operation.

Who are you?

• You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field and are either at the start of your career or have a few years of relevant experience.

• You have an excellent command of Dutch, both written and spoken; proficiency in French is required, and knowledge of English is considered an asset.

• You enjoy analyzing, structuring, and continuously improving processes.

• You are a strong communicator and can easily interact with a variety of stakeholders.

• You take initiative and are able to influence and engage others through your expertise, collaboration, and persuasive skills.

• You have a strong interest in commercial processes, systems, and data.
