As Global Marketplace Specialist, you are the commercial driving force behind our marketplace growth. You combine analytical expertise with an entrepreneurial mindset: you identify opportunities, turn data into concrete actions and ensure our brands perform at their best across marketplaces. From strategy and assortment to pricing, promotions and digital visibility – you make it happen.

Marketplaces are an important growth pillar within our long-term strategy. That is why you will work internationally with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain, helping to further develop our marketplace strategy across key European markets. You will also have plenty of room to develop new channels, such as TikTok Shop, and drive their commercial growth.

What will you do?

• E-commerce Account Management: You coordinate and manage the relationship with Amazon, participate in weekly calls with Amazon Vendor Managers to effectively manage day-to-day operations, and execute strategies to optimize sales and forecasting across our various marketplaces.

• Category Management: You ensure the right portfolio, pricing and margins are aligned across selected marketplaces, in close collaboration with the Business Units and Pricing Manager. You continuously optimize performance and identify opportunities to introduce new assortment in each market.

• Campaign Optimization & Retail Media: You develop clear activation plans for campaigns and retail media across all marketplaces. Working closely with Brand Marketers, you ensure flawless execution of campaigns and maximize their impact.

• Product Content Management: You ensure the perfect execution and presentation of our beverages on selected marketplaces in each country. You work closely with content specialists and marketers to maximize conversion on every platform.

• Data Analysis & AI: You analyze different types of sales and operational performance data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks. Dashboards and data hold no secrets for you. You also use Copilot and other AI tools as smart advisors, while always taking personal ownership of the final quality.

This is you

• Commercial HBO/Bachelor’s or University degree, combined with at least 3 years of experience as a Marketplace Specialist.

• Proven expertise in marketplace integrations, performance growth, and managing both Amazon 1P and 3P accounts.

• Commercially driven, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to influence stakeholders and collaborate closely with Business Units to execute marketplace strategies.

• Strong data analysis, Excel, and reporting skills, with an affinity for non-alcoholic beverages and specialty beer.

• Fluent in English and an additional language (such as Dutch, German, or Italian), ambitious to grow professionally, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with 2-3 days per week in Lieshout.
